To avoid unnecessary expense and frustration, we recommend that you double check the information provided on our selection page and carefully compare it to your old radiator before confirming your order. However, if something does go wrong, we are here to help you.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately on 1300 2B COOL before we dispatch the radiator. If the radiator has not yet been dispatched, no cancellation fee will apply and your payment will be refunded in full. However, if the radiator has already been dispatched to you, a restocking fee will be charged, plus the cost of delivery.
All returns must be in accordance with the instructions below.
Radiator Wholesalers.com.au must be informed by phone or email that you want to return your new radiator for credit or exchange within 7 working days of receipt. You will be provided with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which must be quoted on all documentation. All radiators correctly supplied will incur a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs.
All returns must include a completed returns form and a company issued return address label.
All returns must not have been installed and be in the original unmarked packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and the completed returns form including the Returns Authorisation Number.
We recommend that you inspect the carton upon receipt to determine any transit damage. In the case of transit damage, do not sign for the radiator, send it back with the courier, and advise us of your non-acceptance immediately. We will then dispatch a replacement to you at no charge.
When unpacking the new radiator, inspect it for damage, confirm its good condition and compare it against the old radiator to ensure that it will fit into the vehicle just the same as the one you have just taken out. If the radiator is damaged, please inform us immediately.
If you have ordered the wrong radiator, please contact us to arrange its return and to reorder the correct part for dispatch asap. If we have supplied an incorrect radiator, contact us to arrange its return at no charge to you and for the correct radiator to be sent to you immediately.
All radiators that need to be returned must be done so within 28 days of delivery. No claims for refunds or exchange will be accepted after this time.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where any of the conditions above have not been met.
No warranty labour claims will be accepted on any faulty goods returned. Nor will any liability be accepted for any labour costs incurred due to incorrect ordering or delays in delivery.
Custom radiators ordered to customers’ specification are not eligible for return unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally ordered.
