We process all online and phone orders through our Welshpool warehouse between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Radiators ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
We use several couriers, including Australia Post, to deliver our radiators.
Subject to stock, all orders received before 3.00 pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery within the Metropolitan area, and within 3 days to most regional areas. Freight rates to the country will be confirmed at time of ordering.
For guaranteed delivery date or urgent delivery, please liase with our telephone staff on 1300 2B COOL.
If your selected radiator is out of stock and needs to be sourced, we will call you within 24 hours to discuss your options.
All deliveries will require a signature, so please ensure that someone is available to receive the consignment.
Before accepting delivery, check that the carton is not damaged. Once it has been signed for, the courier will not be liable for any damage that has occurred during transit. By accepting the consignment, you are confirming that it has been received in good condition. Any refused delivery will be inspected upon return and if there is no damage, the company reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Re-delivery charges may also apply.
